ASSOCIATE MEMBERS: $ 50.00/year

VOTING MEMBERS (Option 1): $ 200.00/year

VOTING MEMBERS (Option 2) $ 350.00/year – ( for single designated voting member and up to four (4) associate members)

Associate Members

DHPE welcomes associate members. Associate membership is open to public health educators in state and local health department, and community-based organizations; Indian Health Service staff; administrators and faculty of schools of public health and other academic institutions;; and health educators in other organizations.

Voting Members

DHPE voting members are designated by the State Health Officer in each state health department. They represent the directors for health education and health promotion units and programs in state health agencies, US federal districts and territories, and the Indian Health Service areas (IHS) or their equivalent. For states, territories and IHS areas where no such designations exist, voting members shall be appointed by the state, territorial or IHS area health official
